Your choices and setting your communication preferences

Use of Cookies and Other Web Technologies

Librumlabs Limited. participates in the frameworks and principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield (Privacy Shield Principles) and has had its compliance certified. These frameworks and principles were developed by the US Department of Commerce and govern the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union (EU) and Switzerland. Librumlabs Limited. is committed to complying with the applicable principles of the EU-US Privacy Shield framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield framework when handling all personal data received from EU member states and Switzerland.

  • Binding internal company regulations of the EU controllers

The global data protection program and the global guidelines of Librumlabs Limited. have been approved by the Dutch, Polish, Spanish and other relevant European data protection regulators as adequate protection of privacy, fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals when transferring personal information protected under European law.

The binding internal company regulations of Librumlabs Limited. – The controller (BCR-C) enables worldwide transfers of European personal information from Librumlabs Limited. benefit from adequate protection.
